New York City, NY 3rd, February 2025: Today, Denham Wolf Real Estate Services proudly announces the signing of a new lease for the Community Healthcare Network (CHN). This strategic relocation to a full 5th floor,12,083 square foot office space at 44 West 28th Street, will provide CHN with a right-sized space and significant cost savings, supporting CHN’s mission of providing affordable healthcare services to all individuals. CHN plans to move into the new administrative headquarters later this fall.

As the largest network of community health centers in New York City, CHN is dedicated to providing quality and affordable healthcare services to all individuals, ensuring that no one is turned away.

“These are challenging times for health care providers serving New Yorkers in need. Community Healthcare Network turns no patient away, period. This new long-term lease shows our commitment to our communities, come hell or federal budget attacks,” said Robert M. Hayes, CEO. “We will be around.”

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services played a crucial role in this transition, with brokers Lauren Davis and Cameron Tuttle working diligently to identify the best space for CHN. Denham Wolf has been a trusted real estate advisor for CHN on multiple projects, providing expertise in transactions for multiple administrative and programmatic spaces, and development partner selection for its Downtown Jamaica development, providing 100 affordable housing units and increasing CHN’s facility. Additionally, Denham Wolf oversaw the ground-up construction of the Dr. Betty Shabazz Health Center in East New York.

"It is always rewarding to help organizations like CHN," said Lauren Davis, Director of Occupier Services at Denham Wolf. "We are proud to support their mission and ensure they have the right space to continue their important work in the community."

The landlord was represented by Caroline Merck and Jacob Rosenthal at CBRE.
