Governor Kathy Hochul announced a $1.9 million grant to our client EverGreen Meadow Academy, to support the development of a residential treatment center and specialized middle school for girls in grades 6-8 at risk of self-harm due to trauma. Located in Catskills, New York, the facility will provide trauma-informed therapeutic care and education at no cost to families.

At present, the master plan showcases several buildings on the property including, a school building, residence building, and guest cottages. Currently, Denham Wolf is working with EGMA to establish cost estimates and finalize the master plan and financing for this state-of-the-art residential treatment center.

- Developing cost estimates and the financial requirements for the work
- Overseeing of design, including management of the project schedule, project budget, and cash flow projections.
- Administration of project funding, including public sector capital grants
