Paul G. Wolf - Managing Principal, President and CEO

Denham Wolf is proud to announce that Paul G. Wolf, has been recognized as a Building & Real Estate Trailblazer by City & State.

As President and CEO, Paul Wolf guides Denham Wolf’s strategic direction, manages high-profile deals, and unites the team across several service lines. With more than 30 years of experience, Paul secures optimal outcomes for nonprofit clients through diverse real estate strategies.

Recently, Paul has shepherded several significant nonprofit real estate transactions, including the acquisition of 287 East 10th Street; the sale of an Archdiocese property; and is working on multiple development partnerships in Upper Manhattan.

Paul's groundbreaking vision to engage a philanthropic organization to purchase a property in the East Village for the sole purpose of reselling it for community use at a discounted rate, resulted in the Boys Club receiving a market value price for 287 East 10th Street and enabling The Joyce Theater Foundation to expand in the East Village.

For the Archdiocese of New York, Paul led a highly competitive request for proposal (RFP) process, which

led to the sale of property that will bring more than 500 affordable housing units to Manhattan’s East Village. This project is in keeping with the Archdiocese’s long-standing commitment to providing affordable housing to the communities and demonstrates the many positive impacts that can be achieved when nonprofit and faith-based institutions collaborate with experienced real estate partners.

A dedicated mentor, Paul regularly lectures at universities like Columbia, Yale, and Brooklyn College, inspiring students to approach real estate innovatively. As an active member of the nonprofit community, he provides astute real estate advice and aggressively negotiates on behalf of his clients.
