New York, August 14, 2024 - Today, Denham Wolf Real Estate Services is proud to announce the expansion of its staff and headquarters. Following the July hiring of Lori Shoffner and Chelsea Mullen, today we announce the promotion of Maddie McLaughlin from Senior Associate to Project Manager. In addition to our newest Project Manager, Denham Wolf has signed an 11-year lease to accommodate its continued growth, nearly doubling its footprint at 520 8th Avenue.

Director of Project Management Services Ron Innocent shared, "We're thrilled to advance Maddie to the Project Manager position. She is a diligent, enthusiastic, and reliable team member who has proven to be a great addition to our team.

As Director of Finance, Lori Shoffner brings her expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and small business management to the firm. As the firm's first Director of Finance, Lori comprehensively manages all aspects of Denham Wolf's finance, accounting, and operations. She collaborates with Principals, Project Leads, and external vendors to mitigate risk, uphold quality control, and provide strategic and profitability analysis. Lori is the primary contact for vendors and financial service providers and is critical in maintaining Denham Wolf's financial health.

As a Development Services Associate, Chelsea Mullen helps evaluate the feasibility and impact of development projects, conducts thorough diligence of real estate documentation, and supports preparing documents necessary for complex negotiations. She will also be instrumental in producing and administering Request for Proposals (RFPs).
